Executive Staff and Committee
Brad Halter is currently chairman and broker-in-charge of the third generation, family owned and operated company. Under his direction, the company has grown from six associates to one of the premier real estate firms in Upstate South Carolina. George Zimmerman is Senior Vice President and Manager of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine. An executive committee consisting of Frank Halter, Charles Humphreys, Sammy Dubose, and Brian Sparks assists George with the management of the company.
