Rick Anderson
EXPERTISE
Rick Anderson joined Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine in January, 2007. Prior to joining the firm, he was a sales associate for Coldwell Banker Hugh Durham & Associates in Anderson, SC where he had been since 2001. Before Rick became a real estate professional, he worked over fifteen years in the auto parts industry as an owner/manager. Rick is located in the Anderson office.

Rick’s business skills and real estate experiences give him the tools to offer his clients a comprehensive perspective in commercial real estate. Along with general brokerage, Rick focuses on real estate investment, both individual and institutional. He is eager to put his knowledge to work for his clients.
EDUCATION
Rick’s family has been part of the Anderson community for over 200 years. Because of his heritage, he has a special appreciation for Anderson County and the Upstate of South Carolina. Rick graduated from TL Hanna High School in 1981 and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Florida Southern College in 1985. Although not a licensed appraiser, Rick has taken and successfully completed Appraisal courses L1, L2, L3, and CR and is familiar with the value aspect of real estate. He is currently a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) candiate and plans to earn a full designation, an honor earned by only 6% of the real estate professionals in the United States. Rick serves on the board of TL Hanna’s Athletic Booster Club and is an active member of Central Presbyterian Church where hs is an ordained Deacon and Elder.
