Jac Carrington joined Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine in February, 2007. Prior to joining the team, Jac worked as an operations manager for Food Works, Inc. in Columbia, SC. This experience has familiarized him with the retail sector of the commercial real estate market. Jac is located in the Greenville office.

Since joining the Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine team, Jac has worked on all aspects of commercial real estate. He has specialized in office leasing as the agent for a 103,000 SF office complex in Greenville. Jac has also represented both tenants and landlords in retail and industrial transactions. Jac offers his clients the integrity and hard work that has made Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine a premier Commercial Real Estate firm in the upstate.
EDUCATION
Jac is a graduate of the University of South Carolina with a double major in Marketing and Management. Jac is excited about his career in commercial real estate. He plans on pursuing his Certified Commercial Investment Membership (CCIM), an honor that is attained by only 6% of real estate professionals in the United States. Jac also works with the property management team of Caine Company gaining valuable insight into the Greenville commercial real estate market.
