A commercial property manager with Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine, Mike Carver has been affiliated with the company since 2003 and has over 20 years of property management experience. Over his career, he has managed dozens of construction projects and most recently held the position of Facilities and Project Manager for Carolina First Bank.  Mike is located in the Greenville office.

EXPERIENCE

Mike is responsible for the day-to-day management of over 750,000 square feet of office and retail space in the Greenville, Anderson, and Mauldin markets. He works closely with property owners to ensure that their investments are profitable while providing tenants with a quality work environment and excellent service. In addition, Mike manages construction and repair projects and vendor services.  He provides owners with budget and lease administration services.  Mike's managed portfolio includes:

EDUCATION

Committed to education, Mike earned an Associate Science Degree in Architecture and an Associate Science Degree in Building Construction from Greenville Technical College. He has received training in preventative maintenance and energy conservation and is a member of the International Facility Managers Association (IFMA). Mike is a member of Monaghan Baptist Church where he serves as a teacher for a youth Challengers Class, an assistant Sunday School teacher, and a member of the building and grounds committee. Mike has also volunteered as a project coordinator for Habitat for Humanity.
