He brings with him over twenty years of commercial real estate experience with a rich background in site location and economic development. He most recently left his own real estate and economic development consulting firm to join the Coldwell Banker Commercial team. Rick is located in the Greenville office.

Rick specializes in commercial real estate with an emphasis on investment real estate, listing, and buyer's representation. He also specializes in incentive negotiation for his real estate clients. Additionally, he performs economic development consulting for economic development organizations throughout the United States. His distinguished career includes positions as principal/owner of his own real estate consulting firm, site location consultant for Fluor Daniel Siting and Consulting Services, Principal of Fluor Global Location Strategies, Director of Economic Development for the Greenville Chamber of Commerce, and Economic Development International Project Manager for the South Carolina Department of Commerce. This experience helps him to approach commercial brokerage with a unique perspective allowing him to help clients analyze their options and make decisions to reach their business objectives.
EDUCATION
Rick is a graduate of Clemson University with a B.S. in civil engineering and an M.B.A. in Business Administration. Active in the community, Rick is a member of the Greenville Area Development Corporation Board of Directors, the International Economic Development Council, the Southern Economic Development Council, the Clemson University Continuing Education Board of Directors, the Mauldin Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, and the Mauldin Area Partnership Board of Directors.
