A sales associate with Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine, Sammy DuBose has been affiliated with the Company since 1987. During this period, he has been involved in many facets of the leasing and sales of commercial real estate including office, industrial, acreage, commercial land, and development. Sammy is located in the Greenville office.
EXPERIENCE
While qualified to successfully assist clients with their commercial real estate needs in various areas, Sammy specializes in the brokerage, acquisition, and development of land. During his career, Sammy has represented shopping center developers in acquiring sites in South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia, and Virginia. He recently assisted the Greenville Hospital System in assembling and purchasing 130 acres for the new Greer Campus. A partial list of his clients includes:

EDUCATION
Sammy is a graduate of the University of South Carolina. He is active in various community organizations including serving on the board of the Cleveland Street YMCA and the Commercial Committee of the Greenville Board of Realtors. He currently serves on the State Board of the Coastal Conservation Association.
