Alex Hartsell
EXPERTISE
Alex Hartsell joined Coldwell Banker Commerical Caine in January, 2007. From 2002 to 2007, Alex was a licensed real estate agent with Coldwell Banker Hugh Durham & Associates. Working out of the Oconee County office, Alex concentrates on land and commercial properties. He has over 20 years experience in retail management and retail real estate development working for others and owning his own retail business, where he was involved with management, marketing, and development of new markets. Alex is located in the Seneca office.
EXPERIENCE
With over 20 years experience in real estate, retail management, and as a small business owner, Alex has worked on both sides of commercial real estate. Whether buying land or finding the perfect location to attract a specific demographic, Alex has the ability to listen his clients’ needs and produce results for them.
EDUCATION
After four years in the military with an honorable discharge from the U.S. Navy, Alex attended and studied business at the Baptist College of Charleston. Alex has been president of the Parents’ Advisory Board for the City of Walhalla Recreation Department, Booster Club member at Walhalla and Daniel High Schools, and is always involved in the community in which he resides.
