EXPERIENCE
The early part of Charles’s career was spent as Director of International Development for his family’s sporting goods business. The international brand licensing effort resulted in Charles visiting some sixty countries and living on three continents as the company grew into a global enterprise with a sales volume of a half billion dollars. After orchestrating the sale of the company to a joint venture partner in 1992, he elected to pursue a career in real estate brokerage and investment.

EDUCATION
Well educated in all aspects of business, Charles studied economic geography at Shrewsbury School in England and majored in accounting at Manchester Polytechnic. Charles is recognized as a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), an honor attained by only 6% of real estate professionals in the United States. He is 2008 president of the South Carolina CCIM State Chapter, a member of the National Association of Realtors, and a member of the Greater Greenville Association of Realtors' Board of Directors. Charles was recognized by his peers in receiving the Caine Halter Commercial Realtor of the Year Award for 2007.
