Lee Lewis

A sales associate with Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine, Lee Lewis has been affiliated with the company since 2006. Prior to joining the company, he spent over twenty-four years with Duke Energy. Lee is located in the Greenville office.
EXPERIENCE
Lee's career experience while with Duke Energy ranged from office administratioin to marketing and most recently with public affairs as the Community Affairs Manager for Greenville, Spartanburg, Greenwood, Laurens, Newberry, and Union Counties. The majority of his career at Duke Energy involved commercial and industrial clients in the Upstate.
EDUCATION
A graduate of Wofford College with a degree in Economics and a Masters in Business Administration from Clemson University, Lee is currently a Certified Commercial Investment candidate (CCIM). The CCIM designation is an honor that is attained, an honor attained by only 6% of real estate professionals in the United States. Lee is a member of Christ Episcopal Church and currrently serves on the Boy Scouts of America Board of Directors - Blue Ridge Council, United Way of the Piedmont, and Spartanburg Arts Partnership. He is currently President of the Saint Andrew's Society of Upper South Carolina. In the past, he has been on The Poinsett Club - Board of Governors, The Greenville Symphony Orchestra Board of Directors, and the Better Business Bureau. |
