A sales associate with Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine, Robert Zimmerman has been affiliated with the company since 2002. Prior to joining the company, he spent nine years in land surveying.  Robert is located in the Greenville office.

Robert’s business skills and surveying experience allow him to offer clients a unique perspective in commercial real estate. In addition to general brokerage, Robert focuses on investment real estate from individual needs to institutional quality.

EDUCATION

Robert attended the College of Charleston and Greenville Technical College. Committed to continuing his education, he has studied Geographic Information Systems at Greenville Tech and is currently taking Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) classes. Robert is also active in the community and has served as a volunteer for Meals on Wheels. He also served as a board member of Commercial Agents of Greater Greenville (CACG).
