A sales associate with Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine, David Sigmon joined the Company in 2005. Prior to joining the firm, David worked as an intern with Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine and also with JBM Properties in Columbia where he performed office and courier type duties, while dealing directly with the commercial real estate community.  David is located in the Greenville office.

EXPERIENCE

David works on all aspects of commercial real estate, but he primarily focuses on the sale and leasing of office and retail properties. David was born and raised in Greenville and has enjoyed watching Greenville grow over the years, and he is eager to put his knowledge of the area to work for his clients.

EDUCATION

David is a graduate of the University of South Carolina with a double major in Real Estate and Marketing. He is currently a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) candidate with plans to earn the full designation, an honor that is attained by only 6% of real estate professionals in the world. David is a member of Professionals United for Leadership and Social Enrichment (PULSE), a Chamber of Commerce affilitate targeted towards young professionals. He is active in the community and a member of Christ Church Episcopal.
