Brian Sparks Director of Property Management EXPERTISE A commercial property manager with Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine, Brian Sparks joined the property management team in 2002 and earned the role as Director of Property Management in 2004. His experience spans nearly a decade in the management of both commercial and multi-family properties.  Brian is located in the Greenville office. EXPERIENCE  Brian is responsible for a portfolio of  commercial properties totaling over 1.3 million square feet of office, retail, and industrial space in the Greenville market. He works closely with property owners to achieve their individual ownership goals and increase the value of their investment. Brian's responsibilities include management of the day to day operations of the Property Management and Facilities divisions including business development, strategic planning, tenant relations, facility maintenance, construction management, annual budgeting, financial data analysis, and lease administration. His managed portfolio includes: Bonaventure I & II  Lewis Plaza Poinsett Plaza Innovate Building Elliott Davis Building Verdae Properties EDUCATION A native of Roanoke, Virginia, Brian received his Bachelor of Science degree in Property Management from Virginia Tech. He is a licensed real estate salesman in South Carolina and a realtor.  Brian is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management’s (IREM) and is a candidate for IREM's Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation.
