John Powell joined Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine in January, 2007 as a Broker Associate. Prior to joining the firm, he was Vice President and Director of Commercial Services with Coldwell Banker Hugh Durham & Associates in Anderson, SC. He is committed to exceeding the expectations of his clients with the highest degree of professionalism, integrity, and loyalty. John is located in the Anderson office.
EXPERIENCE
Over the past decade, John has gained a vast amount of experience in real estate brokerage, leasing, negotiations, and financing. Having represented buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants, he understands the many viewpoints involved in a commercial real estate transaction. His continuing knowledge of the local market conditions allows him to keep his clients’ best interests at the forefront of his business model.
EDUCATION
John is recognized as a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), an honor attained by only 6% of real estate professionals in the United States. In addition to his graduate level CCIM education, he is a licensed South Carolina Real Estate Broker. John is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) as well as the Commercial Realtor Alliance and the National Association of Realtors. He is actively involved in volunteering for the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life and the March of Dimes. He is an active member of Newspring Community Church in Anderson.
